Our Preventative Maintenance service adopts a "PRO-ACTIVE" approach to "Service & Maintenance" of equipment rather than a "RE-ACTIVE" one.

FIRE and SECURITY)
on an annual or bi-annual
basis, subject to client requirements
 
 
A typical "Preventative Maintenance" INSPECTION will consist of some or all of the following ...
Inspection :
Check system functionalty (as per original customer requirements). Check "fault logs" and visually inspect all major components for any signs of damage or wear and tear.
System Controls :
Check the satisfactory operation of all equipment (cables / connectors / settings / telemetry controls etc.)
Monitors : Check "monitors", optimum settings (including wall brackets). Clean if necessary.
DVR's : Check all settings ... "time/date" / "recording" / etc. PLUS general condition of unit.
CAMERA's : Check all brackets for damage / camera "features" / "field of view" / lenses / housings / internal controls. Clean where necessary.
FIRE SYSTEMS : Inspect / check all "fire" systems for operation and functionality (including dates etc.)
We will then issue a report on any/all faults found. With the customers approval we will replace / fix any defective components charged at an agreed rate. We will complete all maintenance "documentation" for customer signature. We will also report on any areas of "deficiencies" within the systems in place (or within the building itself)
